Venice was basically one of Silver's 50 design concepts, and when the pictures leaked onto the internet, people decided that Venice should be Silvers anti (like Scourge and Sonic) because they look so alike, and people usually get a "bad person vibe" when they look at the character. Some also say that he is Silvers brother/twin.
